**Role Summary**:
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the bidding aspects of the Disassembly, Cleaning, Inspection & Quotation (DCIQ) process. This role involves some Customer facing activities related to the order acquisition process including proposal development based on DCI findings, scope definition, parts pricing analysis, repair routers creation and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders. In addition to internal and external coordination activities, the position requires a strong commitment to internal improvement of the team, including: development projects, effective communication and collaboration with all group interfaces, and a commitment to expanding team capabilities.

**Preferred Experience / Skills**:Essential Skills**
- Should have excellent all type of Pump knowledge.
- Should Review all Customer inquiry related documents while addressing all relevant technical and commercial requirements directly provided by Flowserve or sub-suppliers.
- Should make arrangement to collect the Pump or motor from customer site.
- Should be able to follow up with sales or customer for the Decontamination Certificate.
- Working in Flow parts and Trident system to get price for the parts, and communicating with BU globally for the Quotation.
- Liaise with PMC team to evaluate the parts to manufacture locally with effective pricing and lead time to reduce cycle time of repairs.
- Evaluate the prices and prepare quotation effectively to meet customer needs maintaining Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and develop Database for quick parts pricing.
- Develop quotation using the job pricing information, scheduled component deliveries and master schedule information. Launch approval loop.
- Manage to achieve a DCIQ Cycle Time (CT) below company's target.
- Review Customer PO, transfer repair routers to Production and release job, perform Job handover to Project Manager / Coordinator (Pass Gate 1)
- Able to review all type of contracts and agreements.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (required)**:

- Degree/MBA preferred with strong commercial background. (Preferred Mechanical Engineering)
- 3-5 years of of quoting resource and/or comparable sales/Customer facing experience with a rotating equipment manufacturer required.
- Fluent in local and English language. Good oral and written communication skills.
- Certification as Project Engineer (Flowserve internal training).
- Proven success in working and leading within a matrix organization meeting operational and strategic goals. Track record of developing and building new operational capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and procedures, monitor and control of the established quality standards, laws and regulations of national and international authorities.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, web-based platforms and navigate in ERP systems.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
**Main Accountabilities but not limited to**:

- Review all Customer inquiry related documents while addressing all relevant technical and commercial requirements directly provided by Flowserve or sub-suppliers.
- Launch the internal request into the system including all relevant technical and commercial information addressed previously. Prepare the Disassembly, Cleaning and Inspection (DCI) package (Bill of Materials (BOM), Cross sectionals, DCI Checklist, etc.)
- Develop or select existing Disassembly, Cleaning and Inspection (DCI) routers for the equipment received. Support DCI process when required. Prepare effective Estimation with 95% accuracy.
- Review the inspection report after DCI confirming or changing the DCI Technician parts disposition (repair, replace or reuse). Develop repair routers based on the inspection report and Customer information/specifications. Built job pricing based on DCI routers, repair routers, parts pricing and engineering hours.
- Develop quotation using the job pricing information, scheduled component deliveries and master schedule information. Launch approval loop. Manage to achieve a DCIQ Cycle Time (CT) below company's target. Review Customer PO, transfer repair routers to Production and release job.
- AMP accountabilities: Review SOD, CPQ proposal, launch Engineering Request, create DCI router, copy job, preorder parts, review inspection report, create repair routers, parts pricing, add engineering hours (if any), create quote, launch approval loop, review Customer PO and release job.
