As the Oilfield Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Develop vision in an important market on the level of a product line with a long-term perspective. Lead business development planning processes for this market.

As an Oilfield Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
- Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logístical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handles important business unit clients.
- Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Department is involved in medium-large sales.
- Handles big or challenging markets or multi country.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in an Engineering field.
- Minimum 15 years of regional experience in account management, sales and business development.
- Must have experience in increasing ROI and revenue growth within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
- Display good knowledge of Oil and Gas markets and products
