Ecolab is seeking a **Transportation Supervisor **to join its transportation department. Under the direction of logistics leadership, you will be an analytical problem-solver, accountable for supporting processes with proven data collection and analysis skills. **What You Will Do**:

- Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests.
- Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.

**Position Details**:
Work week and shift: 40 hours a week.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience in logistics, transportation, operations or a related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
- SAP experience
- Previous project management experience
- Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
