**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the hospitality and mega projects sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and partnership development based on provided mutually agreed KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless Proposals development, project execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices to enhance sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry and/or mega projects in Kingdom.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.**

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Mega projects in Kingdom.: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
- English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Riyadh (required)
