The Role
1.Empower the total branch team to take correct decisions regarding the product/service offering. 2. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system. 3. Plan the required training programs for all employees in the branch. 4. Make decisions regarding non-conforming materials for its rework or proper disposal and have complete control.. Stop the process and discuss with regional manager immediately if it is not producing the required results. 6. Guide the personnel to set their objectives and understand the company’s Policies, Mission, Vision and Core Values. 7. Plan and implement resource requirements.

**Requirements**:
This position is responsible for managing RHC Branch production activities including manufacturing, trading, as well as operational excellence. Responsible for leading the branch staff in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals.
