**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely staffing for all restaurant locations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process for key roles within the organization.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain effective communication between management and staff.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to improve morale and retention.
- **Performance Management**:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee progress and development.
- Work with department heads to provide feedback and support for employee growth.
- Implement and monitor training programs to develop skills and competencies across all levels.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Advise on compensation-related matters and assist in creating incentive programs.
- **Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and work with department managers to organize appropriate training programs.
- Foster career development opportunities for employees to enhance their professional skills.
- Promote leadership and customer service training to support organizational goals.
- **Legal Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and employees.
- **Health and Safety**:
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
- Ensure proper handling of workplace accidents and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
- **HR Strategy and Reporting**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement, and training outcomes.
- Monitor HR activities and ensure the optimization of HR resources.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive HR matters confidentially.
- Experience with conflict resolution and employee counseling.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Experience in multinational or diverse work environments.
- Familiarity with modern HR technology and systems.
