Digital marketing manager
1.Led by a data driven approach, manage digital marketing campaigns from strategy development to plan execution and post-campaign reporting. Includes creating campaign schedules and timelines to drive leads, following and engagement objectives.
2.Perform like an owner within and outside marketing ; work with internal teams on content creation and curation for social media, including co-managing editorial calendar, content writing and guiding the development of visuals and other creative assets on social media platforms for higher campaign efficiency.
3.Develop and execute best-in-class digital media and influencer marketing strategy, and ensure post-campaign reporting.
4.Research /test new tools, services/media channels and current strategies to innovate and scale programs, identify opportunities to build strong customer relationships.
5.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6.Familiar with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Managers and other digital marketing tools; also an expert of SEO/SEM;
**Requirements**:
1.5+ years of proven work experience as a digital marketing manager/strategist;
2.Demonstrable experience with social media, SEO/SEM, CRM and knowledge of web analytics tools.
3.Experience in implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, building/achieving desired resulys from marketing campaigns in LinkedIn, and optimizing ad campaigns across media channels.
4.Strong analytical mindset and result orientation, and someone who has partnered with sales and marketing team to deliver integrated programs.
5.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable collaborative leadership.
6.A graduate degree in marketing, advertising or relevant field is important, and MBA is preferred.
