The Social Media Intern will support the Social Media Manager in driving the brand awareness and accelerating brand reach in the region for Fentyverse You will be mainly be responsible for Content Creation, Community Management, and Social Trend Research.

**Location**:Riyadh, KSA or Dubai, UAE

**Type of internship**:Full-time internship, 6-months duration, office-based role, frequent travel to KSA is required (if not based there)

**Job responsibilities**:
**CONTENT CREATION**

Develop and produce engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns based on different phases of the purchasing funnelCollaborate with the brand team to align content with brand guidelines and messagingCapture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, and events**COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT**

Monitor and engage with our online Fenty Fam across all social media platformsRespond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerFoster a positive and inclusive environment within our online communityIdentify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who fit the brand principles**SOCIAL TREND RESEARCH**

Conduct research on emerging social media trends and popular content formats to keep Fenty ahead of the gameAnalyze competitors and industry leaders to identify best practicesProvide insights and recommendations to improve our social media strategyTrack performance metrics and compile reports on engagement and growth**Profile**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

Must be a Saudi NationalIf based in Dubai, ability to frequently travel to Saudi ArabiaBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field- Fluent in English and Arabic ( **mandatory **)
- Prior social media internship experience of **6 months (minimum) **within Beauty, or Retail industry preferred.

Experience working with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.Experience with content creation or social media management (can include personal projects or school work).Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc) is preferred.Creative, solution driven; likes to have fun with beauty.**SKILLS**

Strong Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to create engaging content, with a good command of grammar, spelling, and style.Creativity and Visual Eye: Understanding of what makes visually appealing and effective social media content.Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in posts, captions, and hashtags, and follows brand guidelines.Time Management and Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of how to interpret engagement data and suggest improvements.Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new skills in the rapidly changing digital space.- Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively with Marketing and other departments
