**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms.

2. Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering positive interactions with followers.

3. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

4. Analyze social media performance metrics to inform decisions and improve strategies over time.

5. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.

6. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas to keep content fresh.

7. Organize and run contests and promotions to enhance audience engagement.

8. Create and manage a content calendar for timely postings.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in social media management with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

3. Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail in content creation.

4. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics.

5. Creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging content.

6. Fluent in Arabic and English to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

7. Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance and strategize accordingly.

8. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.

**Preferred Skills**:
1. Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

2. Experience in paid social media advertising.

3. Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing.

4. Ability to create video content for social media platforms.
