What the Role Entails

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Community, Business Development) to develop and execute localized campaigns.
- Identify, approach, and collaborate with potential local partners to design and implement impactful marketing campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, driving stronger collaboration and enhanced results.
- Engage with the local gaming community to gather actionable insights and implement targeted marketing initiatives.
- Research and track local trends in content, media, and culture to enhance brand positioning and market penetration.

Who We Look For
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships, or Business Development, with a strong focus on local market and consumer insights.
- Proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive brand growth.
- Solid expertise in the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of the Saudi gaming market and community.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, demonstrating flexibility and autonomy.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
