**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Fama Technologies' products and services in the hospitality, technology, and retail sectors.
- Plan and oversee product launches, ensuring successful market penetration and adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure Fama Technologies remains competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in promotional marketing, product launching, and strategic marketing, preferably in the hospitality, technology, and retail sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within the marketing department.
- Familiarity with the business environment in Egypt.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Certification in marketing or a related discipline.
