**Marketing Manager - Operating Unit and Intensive Care Unit**

In this exciting role as the Operation Room (OR) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Marketing Manager, you will be leading a team of 9 individuals and be responsible for driving the business group plans, strategies and tactics to ensure regional growth and expansion.
Arabian Peninsula States (APS) is one of the fastest-growing regions within Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMA) and with the rapid changes of the healthcare system dynamics in this region, this role is key to ensure that all the internal stakeholders are aligned and capturing the potential opportunities while also paving the road for future expansion and growth areas. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and would require around 60% of travel time (domestic, regional, and international).
**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Leading the OR and ICU team and driving the synergies as well as mapping the areas of potential.
- Developing a high growth mindset team and supporting the direct team members to grow and develop their skills.
- Directing the team for the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s).
- Coordinating product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities and assigning the right stakeholders.
- Interacting directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Working with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
- Identifying customer requirements and new business opportunities and providing vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace.
- Facilitating and coordinating marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
- Leading the regional Strat Plan cycle, marketing budget allocation, Portfolio strategy.
- Coordinating closely with commercial, finance, regulatory, Strategic Account Manager(SAM), digital, pricing, training leaders, etc, to ensure the smooth collaboration and engagement between the different stakeholders.
- Developing top Key Opinion Leader (KOLs) relationships and management of key stakeholders.
**Must Haves**
- University degree in marketing or healthcare background (Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacies, Biology, Medical Devices, others)
- 8+ years of experience in the healthcare sector (Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment, others)
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of people managing experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Experienced in the Saudi and Gulf market
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Strong marketing acumen, people leadership, results oriented and decision maker
- Can provide constructive coaching for the direct team members
- Self-driven and self-motivated, autonomous person who can motivate teams and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Good team player who can drive pan-businesses projects and teams
- Can build the long-term plans while also driving the execution for the current deliverables

- Financial acumen
- Strive for continuous improvement and consistency in deliverables
- Suggestion on modifications to functional operating policies and day-to-day processes
- The person uses information exchange, influence, and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties. May interact on issues that have externally shared objectives.
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one job area.
