**What you'll do on a typical day**:
- Prepares Reports
- Maintain high level of confidentiality

- Prepare material for workshops, conferences, meetings
- Compose type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports
- Maintain files locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
