**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**Provide technical leadership (specific plant/operations) to ensure continuous, effective and efficient plant/production operations through the control and operation of chemical processes, systems and/or machines, with strict adherence to safety and operational regulations, rules and procedures**

**Formal Production/Process qualification (e.g. National Diploma, Tech, MTech)**
