Responsibilities of this role are:

- Experience in Internal Audit Brokerage or Insurance company
- Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments, in line with standard audit career progression proactively seeks relevant Education and training opportunities.
- Ensure that all the business processes in a company are risk-management compliant. The operating process includes assessing certain areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective this department has been at implementing its controls into practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Understand the business model and business processes of the client.
- Conducts assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end
- ended solutions relevant to business and risk
- Supervise junior auditors assigned to engagements providing guidance and overall review of deliverables
- Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk
- Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
- Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's business
- Assist in preparing project plan, work program, perform data analyses, document working papers etc. as required by the execution team
- Assist in preparing client presentations, and proposals (for different target audiences
- This includes identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate technical competence in related domains.
- Business development and growth of the practice in terms of revenue, team and profitability.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
