**Duties & Responsibilities:
**- Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all**

**times.**

**- Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most**

**effective use of resources and equipment.**

**- Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include; training, performance**

**evaluation and employee relations.**

**- Maintain a reliable and competitive approved supplier network to support the strategy for all**

**critical components and commodities at the best practical cost and within the guidelines of**

**price, service, quality and delivery.**

**- Strategically rationalize and supervise the supplier base; develop key supplier alliances;**

**implement, monitor and maintain effective procurement programs; expand or consolidate**

**the supplier base as needed.**

**- Actively reduce non-value added time within ARM as well as within the process of our**

**suppliers; drive lead-times down where possible.**

**- Develop procurement strategic plans for those commodities that are assigned as primary**

**responsibilities.**

**- Initiate purchasing guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with company QMS.**

**- Oversee inventory accuracy and documentation.**

**- Maintain dynamic of product mix through analysis and forecast.**

**- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.**

**- Comply with all **ARM **Company and HSE policies and procedures.**
