Parsons are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis & Executive Reporting Manager to join our team.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources.
- Prepare high-level executive summaries and reports to present critical insights.
- Develop and design clear, compelling presentations for executive meetings.
- Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, while filtering out extraneous information.
- Work closely with different departments to gather and validate data.
- Translate complex data sets into understandable and actionable formats.
- Monitor data trends and provide timely insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data and reports.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools and techniques to enhance reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to senior executives.
- Provide direction to graphic designers, briefing developers, photographers, illustrators and other required staff.
- Manage and monitor production schedules.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 15+ years of related experience, including some experience in a lead capacity.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and executive level presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-friendly formats.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of business processes and key performance metrics.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Real estate and Development experience
- Experience of Working in KSA is a must
