**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with Golf Saudi’s mission and goals, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of various events, including tournaments, exhibitions, and promotional activities, from conception through to completion.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing quality and impact.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure resources and services needed for successful event execution.
- Manage and mentor the events team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, marketing, and communication for events.
- Oversee event logistics on-site, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Measure and analyze event success through KPIs and post-event evaluations, using insights to improve future events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, golf clubs, and industry stakeholders to promote events and enhance participation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in event management, preferably in the sports or entertainment sector.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the golf industry and its audience.
