As a highly skilled and visionary Partners/Director, you will bring expertise in digital transformation, operating model transformation, and regulatory transformation. You will play a crucial role in leading and driving strategic initiatives for the firm's clients, contributing to their growth and success.

**Your Role**:

- Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives for clients across various industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance digital capabilities, customer experience, and overall business agility.
- Collaborate with clients to assess and optimize their operating models for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement transformative changes to align operational processes with strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of regulatory landscape changes impacting our clients' industries.
- Provide strategic guidance and solutions to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored consulting solutions.
- Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice through business development efforts.
- Identify new opportunities, participate in proposal development, and lead client presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects for clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the local business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant consulting experience, with a focus on digital transformation, operating model transformation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

**Salary - SAR 1.2 mil (Negotiable)**
