Knowledge Management and Training Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Knowledge Management and Training Manager **to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Despite the fact that this job description is not comprehensive, the following responsibilities are expected of the Knowledge Management and Training Manager (KMTM).
- The KMTM is responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management and training strategies for the NEOM THE LINE program. The KMTM will provide support to Head of Knowledge Management (HKM) and will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and the Senior Lessons Learned Manager (SLLM) to identify knowledge gaps, design training programs, and ensure the effective transfer of knowledge. Additionally, the KMTM will establish and maintain knowledge repositories, manage training records and tracking systems, and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
- This position will report the Head of Knowledge Management.
- Evaluate training programs and provide feedback to the leadership team on their effectiveness and areas for improvement
- Assess the training needs of various departments and work with department heads to develop relevant training content
- Conduct training sessions in various formats, such as in-person, virtual, and e-learning
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations related to training programs
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI and report on them
- Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance, and employee progress
- Handle the activities related to the sharing and storing knowledge
- Support the review of the KM function organizational structure, RACI matrix, and KPIs
- Assist Quality Management Systems (QMS) departments heads in ensuring appropriate training and awareness are provided
- Ensure KM system implementation and grant access to KM systems for relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate and edit new blog posts and developing monthly KM newsletters
- Organize in-person and/or virtual knowledge-sharing events
- Attend management calls to update on project activities, difficulties, mitigation strategies
- Support the KM team to ensure all KM plans are updated based on a continual improvement process and lessons learned.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- 12+ years of work experience in training and development, knowledge management, or related field
- Master-level in training and development, education, or related field
- Fluent English proficiency
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Qualified in Information and Knowledge Management
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs that support KM initiatives
- Experience in a variety of training formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning
- Ability to lead teams, create presentations and facilitate brainstorming and workshop
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with managing different Knowledge Management tools
- Experience working with different business units and diversified teams
- Ability to work flexibly to respond to changing priorities
