HR&admin Manager

**Responsibility**:
1. Responsible for Saudi local human resource management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, team building, management policy set-up, etc
2. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of administrative policy and procedure
3. Responsible for the operation of other daily administrative work, including the management of fixed assets, evaluation and management of suppliers, file management, office expense management, cost control, etc
4. Responsible for workplace management, vehicle management, apartment management, etc
5. Cultural integration management and Business reception work
6. Responsible for local administration team management
**Qualification**:
1. Bachelor and above degree, 8 years or more HR and Admin work experience, financial service industry experience is preferred
2. Familiar with HR modules, good at recruitment, compensation and performance, familiar with the relevant HR policies, laws and regulations.
3. Self-driven, responsible and independent and able to adapt to the company's rapid development work pace.
4. Good English both in verbal and written.
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
