On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a **Food Service Sr. Manager.**

**Job Summary**

To conduct Food Services sales plans in accordance with NADEC’s FS mission and vision and identify information resources to determine sales opportunities and areas of improvement, study different market trends (trade channels - competitors - pricing
- etc.), building up NADEC solutions way forward and development, develop and grow the business horizontally through channel strategy by recruiting new strategic KA as per the yearly commercial plan

**Responsibilities**

**Core Accountabilities**
- Facilitate and assist in Implementing FS regional commercial plans in alignment with NADEC’s FS mission and vision to ensure goal achievement, SKUs penetration, increase coverage, and high availability in the channel (especially for NPDs).
- Implement short, mid & long-term strategic plans for FS to maximize profitability and achieve targeted sales potential as part of the business plan.
- Assist in Preparing and delivering monthly reports of FS sales to show sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Gather data regarding FS customers’ prices to support the evaluation process.
- Prepare price structure including knowing all variables in the value chain for the purpose of issuing contracts/ purchase orders.
- Build strong relations with the KA customers to continually accomplish sales volume and profit goals.
- Secure the deployment and launching plans of FS-NPDs in the market building the portfolio.
- Assist in initiating FS-NPDs to capture opportunities in the market as solutions.
- Lead and assist in enabling pre-sellers selling into their assigned channel to increase customer convenience and operational excellence through building the right knowledge and know-how of FS.
- Build good customer relations especially with KA to ensure growth in market share for the channel as per agreed targets.
- Manage sustainable, profitable growth for NADEC FS business in the market in a proactive way, by seizing business opportunities and coordinating with the regional sales team effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Any Nationality. Saudis preferably based in Riyadh/Eastern Province
- Bachelor's or Master's in business management.
- 7-8 years of experience in Food Services relevant fields.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the kingdom is a key aspect of my professional flexibility
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities (English)
- Experience with all Food channels (Dairy, Red Meat, and other Food channels)
