Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing outlet and brand wise F&B cost reports.
- Ensuring accurate recipe costing and menu item linking in the system and reviewed in periodic basis.
- Ensuring implementation of GSP through GSP audits.
- Ensuring inventory controls by physical inventory verification.
- Preparing Cost forecast and budget for the outlets.
- Different Cost related analysis including purchase price analysis to be done based on the management requirement.
- Inventory Variances Reporting to Operation and seeking the reason behind variances.
- Cost control to follow up for reasons from operations. Any non-cooperation issues are to be highlighted to Sr. Management.
- Cost and margin analysis are Appropriate actions to be taken based on cost and margin analysis. to be done on periodic basis to figure out items have higher COGS and measures of controlling the same.
- Discontinued menu items & recipes to be deactivated on regular basis.
