Sales & Operations Coordinator

The Sales and Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all client requirements are met in an efficient and timely manner. This role is also responsible for understanding the daily and weekly rig/job requirements, liaising with all stakeholders and ensuring proactive solutions are found to deliver operational excellent to the client. The Sales and Operations Coordinator is required to work closely with the Sales and Workshop team to provide first class customer service.
The **Sales and** **Operations Coordinator** is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
- Manage, maintain and nurture Client relationships daily, ensuring honesty and integrity in all interactions and that their requirements are met, by visiting, including but not limited to: Company Men / Rig Foreman, Drilling Engineers, General Supervisors, Superintendents, etc
- Complete Programmes in a timely manner, ensuring all are in order before distribution to the Client(s), including Torque & Drag analysis, BHA schematics and review with the Drilling Engineer
- Complete in real time the operations report to allow for accurate information to ensure that the Sales Pipeline is maintained daily
- Provide valuable input to tenders and quotations when required
- Provide an accurate weekly forecast and end of month accruals of the ongoing jobs to the Accounts department to ensure the Weekly Service Report is correct
- Review the Drilling Morning Reports relating to all assigned and non-assigned rigs
- Understand all assigned rig activity on a daily basis and provide accurate time scales
- Liaise with the Client(s) locations (rigs) as and when required, maintaining good communication with not only operational activity but logistic activity
- Provide accurate information to the Clients representative on the location to receive the Drilling Rig Supply System (DRSS)
- Prepare the loadout lists and communicate with the Workshop Manager or delegate in preparation of the tools mobilising
- Check the tools suitability against the loadout list before mobilisation, ensuring they are fit for purpose
- Arranging transportation for team and conducting a pre-job briefing, ensuring that the following is discussed, distributed and/or completed: DRSS, complete pre-job briefing, commence Operational Excellence Checklist, and review all aspects of the job with the Field Technician (Programme, Torque & Drag, etc.)
- Complete the Operational Excellence for all jobs
- Update the job folder, thereby maintaining accurate records in relation to all jobs
- Perform field operations if required
- Check that tools required are compatible and fit for use for the required well
- Adherence to all Company and customer Policies and Procedures
- Compliance with all company and customer Health, Safety and Environmental legislation as applicable to the specific location
- Active participation in Company and Client's safety program
- Completion of all Company documentation in a neat and timely manner
- Review and participation in Risk Assessments as required
- Communicate client specific QHSE requirements to Coretrax team as appropriate
- Actively informing the QHSE representative of any changes which should be made to QHSE policies to reflect current and best practice
- Actively demonstrate, encourage and promote good Health and Safety at all times
- Participate and ensure that all Incidents, near misses, NPT, etc. are reported correctly and in a timely manner
