Qualifications and Experience

**A minimum of**:
► Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience,

► Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources (government relations, job descriptions manpower planning, recruitment, and personnel administration).

► Knowledge of local HR laws and regulations (e.g. Saudi Arabian Labor Law).

► Adequate knowledge of human resources systems and software.

► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

► Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.

**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
