**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute the stand-up and operational readiness of an ESP service center in Dammam, KSA.
- Engage customer targets and move them through the sales funnel beginning with field trials.
- Promote successful channel partnerships to penetrate the market in Oman and other gulf states where direct market entry is not feasible/desirable.
- In conjunction with leadership, develop and manage the revenue and EBITDA plan for the region.
- Implement new operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor performance and report on financial and operational metrics.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to managers and staff within the region.
- Handle crisis situations and resolve any operational issues that may arise.Oversee the hiring, training, and development of field service and shop staff within the region.

**EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED**:

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in international operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple locations or branches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
