- Collaborate cross-functionally to support and enhance financial awareness within the organization.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Support team mentorship and ensure efficient and timely completion of financial processes.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of finance management experience, preferably in the food production or FMCG sectors.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and a thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian financial standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP will be considered an added advantage.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**:
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- **Industry Knowledge**:
- Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a strong advantage, as it will support better alignment with the company’s operational needs.
- **Analytical Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of leveraging financial data to support strategic decisions.
- **Leadership and Communication Skills**:
- Proven experience in managing finance teams and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
