Salla, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Product Leader for Shipping.

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and vision of Salla's Shipping solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Salla's Shipping solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to validate product features and make informed decisions.
- Define and measure key product metrics to monitor product success and drive ongoing improvements.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Establish and evangelize best practices for product management across the organization.
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and final products.
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
- Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Experience with e Commerce shipping logistics.
- Proven track record of leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodology and product development frameworks.
- Ability to work with API integration frameworks.
