**We're looking for a Safety Officer to work for a Saudi Holding Company located in Riyadh with the below details**:
**Main Duties**:

- Responsible for coordination of controlled documentation within the company.
- All reports send to the Company HSE Manager.
- Assist in supporting external audits, coordinating activities in backroom, and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors.
- Compile soft and hard copies of Daily, Weekly, Monthly HSE Observation, Client Audit, Daily HSE Toolbox Talk Attendance Sheet, Monthly Emergency Drill Report, Third Party Certification, Quarter Color Coding Inspection Reports, Incident, near miss, First Aid, Property damaged Reports.
- Keep all the HSE Related Trainings List and record i.e., Riggers, Scaffolders, First Aiders, and Fire warden, Confined Space, working at height & Doka false work Trained.
- Make the HSE Related Reports and send to on time to HSE Manager.
- Maintain HSE statistical safety data and trending up to date. Investigate and respond to corrective actions related to Document Control.
- Ensure that all statutory safety and environmental issues are adhered to, in conjunction with the Company’s safety procedures.
- Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
- Monitoring the safety Requirements for the project site.
- Record the Weekly and Monthly Man-hours.
- Maintain the Color-Coding system for List of Tools, Equipment's, Machineries, Apparatus, Electrical Equipment, Gas Cutting, Construction Machinery, and other Hand tools.
- Necessary monthly inspection for Fire Extinguisher and First aid kit.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering Degree with SCE Registration or Higher Secondary & Diploma in HSE
- 5-10 Years field experience specific to the Contractor’s scope of work.
- NEBOSH IGC, HSE, OSHA or IOSH Certificate.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Capability to perform field works/Site Safety Coverage is a MUST.

**Technical Skills**:

- Highly skilled in MS Office-Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook.
- Hazard Communication & Fall Protected Certified.
- Certified in First Aid/BLS.
- Fire Fighting & Fire Protection.
