JASARA PMC is looking for an Estimator / Cost Planning Manager to work on THE LINE program, a 170km linear city with no cars, no streets, and no carbon emissions will connect communities throughout the country. The Estimator / Cost Planning Manager will be responsible for managing the cost estimates of the Marina and Civils components of the project. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on one of the most complex and innovative programs in the world and make a visible impact in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate cost estimates of THE LINE project.
- Ensure compliance with the project's budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Facilitate, manage, and provide oversight for cost estimation activities from initial conceptual estimate through to final estimates.
- Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, providing project management teams with timely and accurate cost estimates.
- Work collaboratively with civil engineers, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Manage risk and opportunity assessments to ensure overall project success.
- Strategize and develop cost control processes to increase efficiency and minimize budget overruns.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project estimating, cost planning, and cost management.
- Extensive knowledge of civil engineering work including earthwork, utilities, structural concrete, masonry, and architectural finishes.
- Experience with FIDIC or similar contracts.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects.
