As a Project Advisor, you will act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance project outcomes. Your experience in rail transportation will be instrumental in delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations aimed at optimizing project performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate project feasibility and conduct risk assessments for rail transportation projects.
- Provide strategic advisory support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather insights and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with local and international rail transport standards and regulations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of rail transportation systems, operations, and industry best practices.
- Experience in feasibility studies, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of local and international rail transportation regulations and standards.
