Electrical Supervisor

**About this opportunity**:
Crown Arabia Can Ltd. Operates two Plant in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah & Dammam). We are looking for **Electrical Supervisor **reporting to Engineering Manager. The position is based in **Jeddah **(Saudi Arabia)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Review plan and allocate jobs to the electrical personnel. Ensure motors rewinding, lighting and switchgear inspections, PLC’s and electronics related repairs, calibration of electrical instruments are carried out.
- Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices.
- Monitor jobs and PM&R to ensure that they are completed to a high standard of quality, workmanship and safety and in the most cost effective manner.
- Identify and report on recurring maintenance / production problems. Determine and initiate appropriate corrective / preventive action.
- Assist in the design and implementation of authorized experimental, development or expansion projects for optimizing the use of equipment material and manpower.
- Train and appraise the department personnel so that the manpower is most effectively utilized and developed.
- To arrange and organize to carry SAFETY CHECKS for the ovens periodically.
- Analyze troubleshooting carried out by the team and based on evaluation; take decision for further improvement and necessary tools and techniques.
- Audit work done by the team and comment on it.
- Plan for carrying out all necessary audits and checks on time and document them.
- Coordinate with MV maintenance and arrange to carryout it.
- Arrange to carry out assigned tasks, projects and activities and report back to management.
- Responsible for Quality, EHS and Food Safety. Requirements to Achieve
- Housekeeping is main key activities in your area.
- Follow company rules (High care area rules, Jewelry policy, company policy, Glass breakage, hand wash procedure, PPE, Company uniform, Emergency situation follow up )
- Follow food and health safety procedures.

**About you**
In order to succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Diploma /Bachelor Degree Electrical engineering

**Experience and Key competences**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical workshop of a manufacturing unit preferably in Can making
- Electrical maintenance and repairs including motors rewinding, lighting, switchgear inspections, PLC’s & electronics related repairs.
- Knowledge and ability to calibrate electrical instruments.
- Knowledge of Electrical spares.
- Knowledge of Electrical Safety systems.
- Able to read and write technical reports, manuals and drawings.
