**Job Title: Local Content Officer**

**Reports to**:Financial Controller
- Industrial Group

**Job Purpose**:
To Lead the role of Local Content Function for the organization and group, plan, compile, prepare, review, implement, execute, monitor, improve LC score and meet all requirements to achieve organizational goals for Local Content and meet all compliance requirement as issued from time to time by local authorities, LCGPA and Customer and internal and external parties.

**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Local Content Monitoring**
- Responsible to have complete and 100% updated information of the latest rules and regulations, template from LCGPA and keep all the template and documents and certificate up to date.
- Responsible for timely start and completion of LC audits and issue of certificate, make sure to have a valid LC certificate all the time for all the legal entities in the organization.
- Responsible for timely preparation, review and submission of LC plan as per requirement from business/customer/projects.
- Responsible for evaluation of suppliers that should meet the LC requirement before onboarding or before issue of any purchase order/contracts for goods/services.
- Responsible for design, plan, implement and execute timely training programs for all Saudi Staff as per LC requirement and LC target growth plan.
- Responsible to make sure to achieve the local supplier developments and Research & Developments Program, their execution and proper cost capture and presentation and disclosure in books and to auditors and to LCGPA.
- Responsible for development of hiring plans to optimize and maximize local hiring, training, development and retention of local Saudi staff as per the LCGPA requirement and LC target plan at contract level and at entity levels all the time
- Responsible to travel/meet and represent to internal and external parties and present and discuss and further improve the LC score of in a planned manner
- Responsible for progressive reporting, final reporting, growth plan preparation and reporting, entity level LC and Contract level LC template preparation, review and approval by the relevant customer/LCGPA and management.
- Responsible in building local content working group internally in the organization and training on regular basis.
- Responsible to update all documents and LCPGA rules and regulations from time to time and informing and training the team in all functions on regular basis without any delays/gaps.
- Responsible in managing the relationship with local content teams within the government entities, customer LC representative, supplier LC representative, should travel and meet all internal and external parties related to LC. Responsible the government entities in including the Local Content requirements within their RFPs and contracts.
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Support in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence. Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed and directly/indirectly related to Local Content

**Education**:Finance Professional with working experience in the field of hard core accounting, having good working knowledge of HR & Admin function, must have worked with LCGPA, External Auditors. Good working knowledge or MS Office, Excel and Power point Presentation.

**Experience**: Should have at least 10 years of working experience in Industry out of which at least 5 years should be in LC work.

**Nationality**: Should be Saudi National male/female

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
