Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
  • Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
  • Organize and deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
  • Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and incident logs.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to improve overall safety culture.
  • Monitor and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Assist in developing emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.

Qualifications:

NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

· National Safety Council OSHA.

· IOSH Certificate in Working Safely.

· Saudi Council of Engineers Membership

  • 5 years experience as a Safety officer in Sabic/Aramco or any Petrochemical industry

  • Graduate or diploma holder

  • Fluent in English and good communication skills
