**Job Purpose**:

- To inspect, evaluate, and monitor the condition and performance of building facilities and systems to ensure proper functionality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards and maintenance procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of building structures, MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems), and external areas.
- Identify maintenance needs, defects, and safety hazards, and report them promptly.
- Verify that maintenance and repair works are executed according to approved standards and specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and document findings with photos and recommendations.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.
- Support preventive maintenance programs and assist in scheduling inspections.
- Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in handover inspections for new or renovated facilities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services).
- Experience in facility inspection, maintenance supervision, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and inspection standards.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance principles.
- Proficient in using inspection checklists, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection sites.
