**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Manage contract variations and claims.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Prepare cost reports and financial statements.
- Identify and assess commercial risks associated with projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the procurement process, including the selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
- Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any commercial issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

**What Skill's are Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a commercial management role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
