**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure that construction activities adhere to approved plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material selections to ensure they meet project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, recommendations, and any non-conformities observed during site visits.
- Ensure that the project meets sustainability and energy efficiency standards by closely monitoring the use of environmentally friendly materials and construction practices.
- Act as a liaison between the construction team and relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Coordinate and conduct inspections at various stages of the construction process, including foundation, structural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works.
- Verify that materials used in the construction meet the specified quality standards and are in compliance with the approved project plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of architectural and engineering designs.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for design modifications, value engineering, and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project integrity and quality.
- Monitor and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of the construction activities.
- Participate in regular project meetings and progress reviews to report on construction status, identify potential issues, and propose corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate with the project management team to address any change orders, claims, or disputes related to architectural and construction aspects.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative construction methods to enhance the overall project delivery and outcomes.Conduct post-construction assessments and evaluations to ensure that the completed facilities meet the functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements outlined in the project scope.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Professional licensure as an architect or relevant certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in construction supervision, particularly in educational facilities and transportation infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for construction documentation and reporting.
