In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with Qiddiya's brand vision and objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving sales performance and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans specifically tailored for residential projects to maximize market presence and property sales.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and design, to create cohesive and compelling marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure effective and innovative marketing execution.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering an innovative and results-driven environment.
- Present marketing updates and insights to senior management, showcasing successes and strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts and maintain competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on residential or real estate marketing.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results.
- Experience in place and residential visioning and brand development.
- Experience with informing residential design and outcomes.
- Property marketing experience across place and luxury residential assets.
- Adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about creating community-oriented and innovative residential offerings.
