As the Senior Development Director, you will oversee all aspects of residential project development, from initial concept and market analysis through to completion and handover. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the residential development portfolio, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic vision and goals.
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of residential projects, including coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to inform project decisions and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative residential offerings that meet market demands.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including government authorities, investors, and the community.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Prepare and present project updates, strategies, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in residential development or real estate project management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale residential projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as relevant industry technologies.
