As a **Procurement Lead** you will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations to ensure timely and quality supplies for projects, and managing vendor relationships to optimize procurement strategies and supplier performance.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**The position involves**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Manage the procurement of materials, services, and equipment required for facility operations.
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to identify purchasing needs.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve optimal value for the business.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Excel to analyze procurement data and generate reports.
- Oversee and manage purchasing specialists and coordinators within the team.
- Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce procurement costs.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the facility services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to identify and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
