**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team and lead the culinary operations of our F&B Division. As the Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food services and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall culinary operations of the F&B Division, including catering and production.
- Create and develop menus that align with the company's vision, client requirements, and industry trends.
- Plan and execute food preparation, production, and presentation in compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Manage and supervise a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and wastage to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with culinary trends, new techniques, and industry developments to enhance the menu offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry, with a focus on catering and production.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in menu development and recipe creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
