_**Job Title: PMO/Planning Project Manager**_

**Availability**: Must be able to join within 2-3 weeks after PO issuance

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee resource allocation, cost management, and budget adherence.
- Monitor project performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across various levels of the organization.
- Implement tools and processes to improve project efficiency and governance.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate governance policies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education**:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

**Certifications (preferred)**: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PgMP, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
