Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager you are responsible for ensuring that all operational areas within the restaurant group are fully developed and effectively managed in a structured and professional manner. You will lead the group in order to achieve the optimum results from each operating outlet.
**General Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Establish and achieve annual financial budget forecasts, meet monthly revenue and GOP targets by exercising a constant control of operational expenses.
- Attend and conduct regular group meetings and briefings to ensure an open communication line with team.
- Update on all business and promotional activities of competitors and stay informed of changing trends.
- Conduct performance analysis of every key personnel as per policy
- Develop and implement revenue boosting sales activities, together with 3rd party PR consultants.
- Control and approve all purchase requests and store requisitions for operating material, food products and beverages.
- Monitor outlet duty rota to ensure efficient manning at all times.
- Review and approve all payroll related documents, at the end of the month prior to handing them over to accounts team.
- Integrate a Restaurant Standards of Performance manual and establish a supporting training program.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure that all mise en place is done according to the full day service requirements.
- Conduct sales analysis on every menu in operation with head chef.
- Drive all menu changes, presentations, pricing, etc. with head Chef.
- Comply with municipality environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
**Salary**: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- F&B operation management: 5 years (required)
