We are looking for a **Civil Design Manager** to lead our engineering design efforts and manage the delivery of innovative civil engineering solutions for major infrastructure initiatives in Saudi Arabia. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that civil engineering designs align with the vision and objectives of Vision 2030, contributing to the development of social infrastructure in the Kingdom.

Your role as the Civil Design Manager will involve overseeing a team of engineers and designers, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout the design process. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the civil design team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality design outputs.
- Develop and implement design strategies and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and requirements established by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other disciplines to integrate civil design seamlessly across projects.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, calculations, and specifications to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to through effective resource management and project planning.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project status and resolve any design-related challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to civil design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in civil design, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong technical background in civil engineering design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bentley products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Experience with the design of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Knowledge of relevant local and international codes and standards.
- Professional Engineering license is preferred.
