Construction Manager

**Job Position: Construction Manager (Civil) - Industrial Projects**

**Work Location: -Saudi Location -**Subject to transfer to other sites as per site requirement

**Visa Status**: UAE Based Visa will be provided.

**Ability to Commute**:Saudi (preferred)

**Salary Range**: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

**Joining availability**: IMMEDIDATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED

**Experience**:
Minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years leading and managing industrial projects (Factories, Warehouses, Industrial Plants etc).

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Ensure that the project mobilization effort is well-planned and monitored.

Ø Ensure that the project close out effort is well-planned and monitored.

Ø Electromechanical co-ordination as defined.

Ø Proven working experience in construction management

Ø Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

Ø Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Ø Understanding of all facets of the construction process

Ø Coordinating site activities and resolving technical issues.

Ø Effective and regular planning of the work in line with the Baseline/target programmes.

Ø Effective management and control of subcontractors.

Ø Effective and timely requisitioning for materials and services required.

Ø Input towards rating the performance of project suppliers/ subcontractors (internal / external).

Ø Ensure implementation of all aspects of Project Inventory control.

Ø Material management (logistics) and equipment management related to the project.

Ø Ensure that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project and standard practice.

Ø Conduct daily meetings with site staff to organize work in line with daily/weekly/monthly targets and brief the Project Manager accordingly.

Ø Identifying and managing long lead items and special systems.

Ø Preparing execution strategies and cost estimates.

Ø Implementing quality management and control systems.

Ø Overseeing subcontracted work for quality and timely completion.

Ø Planning and scheduling project activities.

Ø Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.

Ø Proper documentation and closeout of projects.

Ø Awareness, identification, input, review, approval, implementation and control of ITPs and Method Statements. Inspection prior to inspection by the Client/Consultant (using checklists where relevant) and initiation of the relevant Inspection Requests.

**Qualifications/Experience**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Ø Strong technical knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and construction practices.

**Personal Attributes and Skills**:
Ø Proven leadership and team management skills must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce.

Ø Take responsible for safety, quality and productivity.

Ø Excellent communication Skills.

Ø Familiarity with Gulf region construction regulations and standards.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
