This role purpose is to handle and manage legal corporate services and provide advising to all organization's divisions, and departments by understanding the business needs to ensure the delivery of all services in legal deliver with high quality in order to save the organization’s right in all relationship externally.
**Accountabilities**
- Managing and developing all different types of contracts and agreements for the organization, by reviewing and ensuring their legality with the updated laws and regulations inside and outside Saudi Arabia to protect the companies in all relations.
- Responsible to manage and provide all the legal services by studying and analyzing the requests that comes through the system in order to support the organization’s divisions, departments, and its subsidiaries to protect the organization’s legally all relations.
- Responsible to manage all consultations requests that comes from different departments through the system by delivering accurate legal advice to the concerned department in order to ensure that the organization complies with the laws and regulations inside and outside Saudi Arabia, and that gives the business sustainability and continuity.
- Managing all the trademarks in Saudi Authority for intellectual property by collecting the trademark certificates to ensure that the company comply with all laws and regulations.
- Managing all legal communications and documentations in order to provide solid draft of legal documentations to the related departments to avoid any lack in the documentation and protect the organization legal internally and externally.
- Responsible of all contracts and agreements from reviewing and updated the terms and ensuring its optimal conditions to comply with all with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures as well as to protect the company’s right to make sure the business run smoothly and to avoid any fines on the organization.
- Comply with Company Corporate Governance by reviewing all requests that come from bodies of authority carefully and drafting the materials for publication to make sure the company legally are aligned with all regulations.
- Provide a monthly report for the legal management by analyzing all legal existing issues to provide the right action plan and make sure the business is in the right position legally.
- Manage all the work documentation updated to maintain the company aligned with new regulations and laws to make sure the business run smoothly and to avoid any fines on the organization.
- Accountable to provide awareness sessions to the organization’s department in order to avoid any legal issues, such as policy awareness session in the future and keep the employees updated regarding the regulations and laws.
- Work with internal stakeholders to increase awareness and skills in relation to contract management and legal risk, partnering with key individuals within the organization to identify potential legal issues as they arise.
- Providing legal support to functional/ department heads and managing leads in developing agreements, communications, and policies by providing legal recommendations to protect the company’s rights in all relations.
- Responsible for managing all legal services in the system (Legend), by reviewing all the legal requests and providing the services to the related departments by the legal management to protect the company’s rights in all relations.
- Managing the junior lawyer by supervising, mentoring, developing staff, coaching and managing staff performance, to foster a culture of professional development, and continual improvement and ensure that high-quality work is delivered and timeframes for legal advised and services are met.
- Guide the senior supervisor employees in the legal corporate team by caching, and mentoring them in order to improve the team, department, and workplace performance.
- Improve the senior supervisor soft, and technical skills by advising, and providing al the learning tools in order to increase the efficiency on the team and the Organization as well.
- Help the employees who are in the execute level to set effective goals by identifying, clarifying and explaining the Organization and department goals in order to allocate their time in a way that promises in order to support them to get highest chance of achieving your goals.
- Responsible of reviewing the Senior Supervisors’ performance in the department and recommends for the supervised employees for promotions in order support their career and opportunity in Nhadi.
- Accountable of assigning the senior supervisor on some certain projects or tasks in an interdepartmental project in order to improve their skills and help them to be ready for the next steps.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
