**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As “Area Corporate Transformation Manager”, your role is to help sustaining, evolving, and simplifying the corporate systems across the area. Your role is to liaise with the regional and global IT teams to understand BAT’s best practices when it comes to corporate systems management. You’re expected to come up with an agile and practical way to manage our corporate systems; working with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and track progress.

**Reports to**:Area Head of Corporate digital Transformation

**Geographic Scope**:APMEA West

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- ERP Implementations / Enhancements and Support across the area (mainly SAP)
- Own the functional Corporate systems and processes for all solutions related to Finance, HR and Legal.
- Align and engage with the Delivery teams to ensure new deployments / enhancements across APMEA West
- Understanding and Capturing Business requirements and necessary documentation of process flows / requirements
- Be a liaison between business and technical teams to translate the business reqts to technical teams.
- Facilitation of end to end UAT, quality assurance
- Work in partnership with Project Managers, Technical Analysts, Delivery teams, Cross functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with third party vendors, and explore new solutions / services relevant to corporate solutions
- Champion the Corporate digital transformation tools

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- SAP FICO Functional Consultancy
- Relevant technical understanding but not required to do configuration
- Basic understanding of other modules and integrations (Sales n Distn, Supply Chain, Warehouse Mgt, HR Success Factors)
- Business Analyst skillset
- Understanding business requirements,
- Capture required process flows, reporting requirements and translating to technical delivery team).
- Project Management skillset.
- Strong written and verbal communication. English - must. Arabic - advantage
- Able to work independently and drive results from the multiple Delivery teams
