JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to join our team. As the MEP Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of MEP systems into the overall design and construction process.

In this role, you will drive excellence in MEP design by setting high standards for quality, efficiency, and sustainability. You will provide technical expertise, review design drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. As a part of JASARA PMC, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects that contribute to the development of Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the design and coordination of MEP systems for projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall design
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Review and analyze design drawings and specifications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team
- Monitor and manage MEP design schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with construction teams to resolve design-related issues during construction phase
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in MEP design

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP design, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design principles
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in MEP design software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
