**Key Responsibilities**: - Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth and profitability of the company. - Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical and strategic support during the pre-sales phase, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations. - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Proposal Development: Develop high-quality proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our IT services and solutions. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales and pre-sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. - Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

**Qualifications**: - Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in pre-sales and sales within the IT services industry in Saudi Arabia.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

**- Skills**: o Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English as well as Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian IT market, including key players, regulatory environment, and market trends.
- Network: Must have a strong network and relationships with the potential client procurement team and leadership.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, pre-sales, or project management are preferred. Benefits:
