CCDS is searching for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bidding & Proposal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process for various projects, ensuring that all bids and proposals meet the required standards and deadlines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, sales, and technical experts, to gather necessary information and create compelling proposals that highlight our services and solutions.

Your expertise in proposal writing and understanding of the IT and cybersecurity landscape will play a vital role in winning new business opportunities for CCDS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the preparation of proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other bidding documents.
- Work with internal teams to gather technical and financial information required for proposals.
- Create, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with RFP requirements.
- Review and analyze bid documents to understand client needs and align our proposals accordingly.
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure that all proposals are submitted on time.
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal materials, templates, and best practices to streamline the proposal process.
- Provide support during the bid clarification and negotiation phase.
- Manage the bidding submission process through Etimad and other official tender portals.
- Monitor tender announcements, identify relevant opportunities, and maintain an updated bid pipeline.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to gather necessary documents and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain accurate records of all submitted proposals.
- Follow up on submitted bids and support in negotiations or clarifications when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, bidding, or similar roles, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
- Strong knowledge of government tendering systems, especially Etimad platform.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of project management and the bidding process.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
